Project Scope:

Phase 2:

• Minor second grading and drainage improvements

Phase 3:

• Mass earth excavation cut from Phase 3 and fill into Phase 4A

• Rock excavation and processing for future use

• Installation of French drain with perforated PVC pipe and overland drainage

• Re-loaming property line and back of lots including drainage swale

• Establish environmentally friendly stream crossing and haul roads to access future phases

Phase 4A:

• Clearing and grubbing

• Topsoil stripping and subsoil separation hauled and stockpiled for future use

• Mass earth fill hauled from Phase 3 excavation

• Overland drainage control measures

• Settlement ponds and earth berm protection, including ESC measures approved by City of Calgary development requirements
